There is no advance booking system. you have to go there personally to book.

Hi Mridula Your best bet is to head down to Karaikal Beach in Pondicherry which is famous for kayaking. There are a number of expert kayaking guides training kayaking enthusiasts there and you can easily book a session with them. A session with training and kayaking would cost you around Rs 3,500.
