It's a beautiful destination.. There are many options for budget stays and would definitely suggest you to explore dharamshala, mcleodganj, bhagsu and Dharamkot.. it's serene.. if you have enough time you may cover this patch along with a trekk to triund to witness beautiful glacier..

kasol kheerganga are too main streem many people vist there but there is a small place much much much better then this and very peace full and happening. The palce is called kutla. To be presised it is called mesterios kutla because not many people know about this small village. To reach kutla you need to start a treck from Tosh. It is very beautiful place with almost less or no tourst. I have been there amd trust me i have never a such a beautiful and amazing place in till now.

Manali can be a low budget solution but crowded. Instead you can visit Dharamshala, Kasol, or explore North East like Tawang, Shillong, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh.
