Hi Deeksha, In january entire place will be covered under the snow and in April 1st week to 3rd week is the period where you could see fully bloomed tulip every year. So if you want to enjoy the snow then this is the best time. Also it is safe to travel. Happy Travelling! Thanks,

Hey Deeksha, You can go to Kashmir In winters but weather will be very cold and harsh there. On the other side it will be more beautiful,peaceful,less crowded and budget trip. Pack your winter clothes like jackets,inner warmers,woolen socks,gloves,woolen cap,moisturizer,first aid kit etc.Main thing in Kashmir is road trips (Srinagar->Pahalgam and Srinagar -> Gulmarg). And stay at houseboat in Dal lake. Yes,surely you will get snowfall there. Hope this would help you.

Yes it's safe and there is high probability of snowfall. But the temperature can be very low so pack accordingly.

Hi Deeksha, Yes Kashmir is always safe to travel anytime. I too had similar doubts but my fellow Tipoto travelers' cleared that doubt for me.
