Tummbad village lies between Jagbudi and Vashistha river in Ratnagiri district. It is called tiny hamlet of Maharashtra filled with abundant nature. Prone to heavy rainfall it is a breeding ground of crocodiles. It is 196km away from Mumbai which comes under konkan region. Anjani railway station is the nearest, while by road via Chiplun this hamlet is easily reachable. Koyna wildlife sanctuary is nearby besides Ratnagiri and Vaada fort. Folklores say it is a mysterious village with spooky stories, but it is a popular offbeat spot of Maharashtra.

I saw it the other day. I liked it. It's an unusual movie. I generally like movies about legends and ancient gods. In our society, we lack the kind of pure faith that we had in ancient times, when people thought that all natural phenomena were the will or anger of the gods. I recommend watching it. You can find it at https://soap2day-1.com/ in excellent quality for free.
