I will be in Andaman in Dec 19. Do i need to preboom water activities such as scuba, snorkling etc in advance ? or it will be better to book them once i reach there ?

Lots of places offer scuba diving... so pre booking not really needed. your hotel only will be able to help you out.

Only pre-book hour inter-island cruise/ferry tickets. Rest everything is easy available there
