Tripoto doesnt allow changing email ID. You can make a new account with new email ID or try your luck and message the Tripoto team (info@tripoto.com)

How to go to MENU or SETTINGS option? Pls guide. I had registered by official mail ID but now that I am retired,and can;t access it, wish to change it to gmail ID permanently. Pls help me.
