There are number of Tour operators in Guwahati for Arunachal Pradesh. You should check it online nd start from Guwahati to Arunachal Pradesh and back

You could check for registered tour operators online. Just dial provides this facility. Another way is checking with tour operators in Itanagar, Guwahati, Delhi and Kolkata. Third way is checking for reliable packages like Thrillophilia, MMT and Goibibo. Be what kindly cross check, opt for a full round tour and speak to them over phone before booking.
