All the places hold their own charm but as I have only been to Spiti valley and don't know about the rest of the places. I would suggest Spiti Valley.

Large parts of Spiti experience heavy snow in winters, and remain inaccessible. Please bear this in mind and check weather conditions before making plans.

Visit Bhutan because in that time of year climate awesome there ... second option would like to suggest is Tawang

Hi Devasish, Bhutan would be a perfect place. Spiti receives a lot of snow during winters and most of the places are inaccessible, it is mostly cut off around that time from the rest of the world. Tawang is also a good option, but a lot of places get disconnected because of snow. So I think Bhutan is the best choice for you.
