Hello anand Mohandas, I will be happy to answer your travel queries from my experience ☺️☺️ *Trivandrum is one of the rare places in India where modern amenities, cultural heritage and natural splendour meet and complement each other. The city is endowed with some of the most modern facilities in terms of hotels, schools, sports arenas and infrastructure. *Thiruvananthapuram is a major tourist centre, known for the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the beaches of Kovalam and Varkala, the backwaters of Poovar and Anchuthengu and its Western Ghats tracts of Ponmudi and the Agastyamala. *Some of the best beach hotels in Trivandrum are: -The Travancore Heritage Beach Resort Traveller rating: 4.0/5 -Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort Traveller rating: 4.0/5 -Coconut Bay Beach Resort Traveller rating: 4.5/5 *Trivandrum can be visited at any time throughout the year. However, the best time to visit Trivandrum is winters from November to March while the peak season is August to September & December to January. *I have a small suggestion for you,I just checked online and found that there are some great deals for Thiruvananthapuram ava availlable on tripoto itself, do check out this link https://www.tripoto.com/Thiruvananthapuram/hotels

Hi Anand, Munnar is one of the prettiest hill stations in South India, Kannan Devan HIlls, Eravikulam National Park are some of the other places you can visit and just unwind, away from the city hassle. And of course the backwaters of Kerala are always there to host you and detox you in a way nothing else can. Go through the attached article for more information.
