Honestly it wont matter much. If you book by your self its relatively easy if you choose your hotels wisely. There's a direct metro from Airport to all major places . Hardly 4-5 Minutes walk will get you to your hotel. Also there's 'nol' card of you buy that it will be free transport in all the modes of public transportation including ferry. The only thing you will have to take care of is Desert Safari which you can book thru viator or any other platforms
