Yeah Ladakh is open for tourists are reaching by air and road. It opens almost all the day. But RT-PCR test report is required is mandatory(not older than 96 hrs.)

I visited in oct 18 and in the airport on arrival i had to submit the vaccination certificate.if anyone fails to provide the certificate den he/she has provide sample for covid test
