Not known about little Andaman. but baratang is nice when visit mangroves and line stone cave.

You can cover both,Baratang is in the North Andaman Where there are many mud volcanoes, Limestone cabes and mangrove creeks and is very less crowded,That will give you a very different experience.Whereas in Andaman the beaches are beautiful and have many tourists place to roam around.
