If there is a choice between Beach or Mountain, I would choose Coastal Ghats. Because you can trek on the mountain as well, after you have done with trekking you'll get the extended beach view.

Beach is always same in any area but if you chose Mountains they will surely show you the real beauty and in winter seasons its just awesome to see.

That's a difficult question to answer for someone who likes ves nature.
during warmer weather it would choose mountains and during cooler weather, it would be beach. I would not pick one over other.
