If you redeem your credits for a trip and there aren't any coupons left, so in that case will your redeemed credits be returned to your account?

Yes,you will get either your credit points or a coupon code(if they refill the coupons).

After that you will get a mail ->Reply the mail with your name,mobile no,coupon code,email id and attach your id proof->Then next day you will get call regarding your free trip..

On the available trips it shows there are 10 coupons left so when you redeem your credits you found out that there were no coupons left? I always wonder because I see few redeem options and a lot of ppl with a lot of credits so I don t know how can everyone redeem their credits.

HI Sharayu, if credits has been redeemed from your account and you haven't received coupon against it you can write to info@tripoto.com about it and your query will be resolved.
