Well... uttarakhand is prominent choice for so many people after the professional retirement. most popular choices are dehradun ,haldwani ,pant nagar etc.because these places connected with all major cities in India through railway, roads, airways. but as you said you not interested popular & chaotic places. then some other good & less popular option would be small cities in Uttrakhand like Lansdowne, ramgarh, bhimtal, ram nagar & many more. if you take my opinion dehradun & haldwani would be the best. just try to buy your property little bit out of the city. you will get peace & you will be connected at the same time. 🙏
UpvoteCommentIt would be a good choice it's in kumaoon region in Uttrakhand. close to nainital, bhimtal,Almora etc places.. its really peaceful & offbeat place.
