UpvoteCommentAndaman and Nicobar Islands are truly magnificent. Nicobar Islands can't be visited by tourists but Andaman has plenty to offer. Top attractions there are Havelock Island, Baratang Island, Radhanagar Beach and Viper Island. Top activities are all water-related: scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling and fishing. You can trek Mount Harriet as well. No significant events or festivals take place on the islands. Best time to visit them is from October to February.
