I have recently been to Andaman from Oct 9th to 17th. Andaman is open for everyone. But it is mandatory to take RTPCR report within 48 hours of journey and they will also conduct a free RT-PCR test after arrival at Port blair - All this is applicable if you have not vaccinated with 2 doses (or) If you have vaccinated with one dose only (or) If you have vaccinated with both doses but it hasn't been 15 days since the inception of 2nd dose. If You've vaccinated with both doses and 15 days completed since the inception of 2nd dose then no need of anything i.e., No need of RTPCR test within 48 hours and no Free RTPCR test will be conducted after arrival
Yes and almost all water sport activities have started but some constructions are going to happen in month of October onwards for which airport will reamin closed, so check the dates before booking flights.
