If you are travelling from Delhi. Then you can go to Uttarakhand. There are ample of places in Uttarakhand where you will find snow and snow fall. Deoban, Tungnath, Kedarnath. In Himachal Pradesh, Rohtang, Kaza , Shimla. In Kashmir, Ladakh Leh Sonmarg and Gulmarg.
In short choose a remote location in himalayas you will get snow.
For better experience go on a himalayan trek if you have 5-6 days in hand.
