Last year, did a solo Backpacking trip around Leh, Nubra Valley, Kargil and Pangong Tso etc. Weather was good. If the flights and local transport are on and you can take advantage. Whatever is seen in media is all hyped up. Just that, Pangong will be closed and Its a centre of action. Government had opened up HP and Ladakh some time back. Many state govt thinking for lockdown again.. in August we will be in 2nd position of corona cases... risky to travel till we don't find vaccine
