Hi, The weather in Cherrapunji remains pleasant and comfortable for most part of the year. but it receives heavey rainfall from june- September so better avoid monsoon and yes good time for active falls in early November Hope this answered your question Rashmi

Cherrapunji receives heavy rainfall throughout the year. So, the best time to visit Cherrapunji is between the months of October and May, when the weather remains cool and pleasant. The temperature during month of November drops down to as low as 5° Celsius. However, the average temperature remains somewhere around 15°Celsius. It is a good time to visit Cherrapunji and sightseeing at its beautiful attractions.
