Yes, it's good time to go in February. At times the road gets closed so due to heavy snow if there is more rainfall.

In case you're visiting Solang Valley to see snow, February is a wonderful time to visit. This is usually the time that snow cover is at its maximum. Do pack sufficient winter clothing and equipment so that you don't end up feeling cold and uncomfortable. However, if you cannot handle so much cold, then February is not the ideal time. You may visit between April - June. Before you plan your trip for Feb, I suggest that you go through the weather forecast thoroughly, chances are that you may encounter rainfall, snowfall or hailstorms that could render roads blocked for hours. Other than that, it should be a wonderful experience! Happy travelling!

Go ahead. It's a good time to visit solang valley .Actually summer and winter seasons both are the best times to visit solang valley.
