July would be better than June but still it would be warm n there will be monsoon. The most appropriate time for pondicherry is september to feb end. Please click on upvote if you are happy with my suggestion. Thanks, Radhika

Manson weather is the best weather you can plan for pondicherry, as some traveler going to November to February month also..July isn't a good time.

Monsoon so it is not a good weather for pondichery as the place would be really humid
