If you can manage the humidity and sunburns then yes you can travel Goa in summers. I've been to goa 7 times and most of the time in summers and trust me the summer and humidity really makes the weather troublesome during afternoons but nights are quite pleasant.

I recently been in Goa on this Holi, temperature are getting High, and so humidity. if you are okay with this then you can visit there, as in this season, you will find best hotels deal and you will get easily entries in clubs, restroom and pubs. 2 wheeler rental (Activa) are currently available at rs350/- day. so it will bring a big hole in your pocket. beaches are not over crowded, so you can enjoy there as good.

Hello, last week we had trip of Goa with same question in our mind and believe me it was awesome experience and it doesn’t actually matter what the temperature is outside because, no matter what, you will feel relax when you are on the beach. Yes..its is a good time to visit .Its not peak tourist season there so it is less crowded.At the same time ,the climate is pretty decent
