Personally I don't think it's preferable to go Goa in the new years season. I agree it's the peak season but then it'll be too crowded and you won't be able to enjoy really well kuddos

Yes December is actually the peak, maximum number of travellers head to Goa in December as the Christmas and New year's celebrations reach a ecstatic level. Although the prices of hotels, bike/car rentals and food would also be maximum around this time. You can also expect a lot of music festivals and events in December.

Yes. But make your hotel bookings in advance! Otherwise you have to pay 3 to 4 times the normal prices. Sunburn, beaches, flea markets, Christmas and New Year.. It's the best time to be in Goa.
