You van visit himachal throughout the year, it's beautiful.... but I'll suggest you to go there in monsoon for the best views of himalayan mountains !

With the second wave of covid, things have been very unsafe in Himachal. Cases are rising at an increasing rate. From 10 May proper lockdown is being imposed. I humbly suggest to sray at your homes in such times and take timely precautions to save yourself and your loved ones from this pandemic.

It is a good time... but I think due to covid they have restricted many stuffs so it's better to postpone it for some months.
