If you want to visit Rohtang pass in Manali then this is the last month after that the road will be blocked till May...One best thing is you can get snowfall At Rohtang pass now

Although the roads were blocked and heavily damaged due to heavy rainfall and floods, things are slowly returning to normal. The weather has been forgiving with clear skies. However, just to be on the safer side, it would be advisable to plan your trip in a couple of weeks. Hope this helps. Have a safe trip!

Actually now the main road from Kullu to Manali is closed so you have to take a taxi which goes through internal village roads.. because of heavy rains last week the situation in Manali is still not normal and many roads have succumbed to river.. so check the conditions there before going
