Hi Pratibha,
Given that its ben raining cats and dogs, Shivanasamudra falls will be flowing with water. It is definetly worth the visit even though you are not allowed to go down to the fall anymore.

Yes its worth visiting... just try to go on weekdays... its too much crowded on weekends
