It's advisable to visit Ajanta Ellora in winters. Visiting these caves require a lot of walking, thus should visit when the weather is on the colder side. August may get a little humid.

August's are rainy in Aurangabad.. a better time to visit the caves and monuments would be post monsoon.. try postponing it to September if u could..
