Yes you can plan your jaipur visit in feb end or start of march. Day time will be hot and sunny but ofcourse bearable. Post mid march the temprature will increase and make the situation a bit difficult in terms of bearing the heat in the day.

Yes absolutely , its already hot there even at this time of the year but you will not feel very tired as a soft breeze blows for most part of the day around this month

Absolutely. Infact this is the best time to visit or else you'll have to wait till monsoons and winters. The temp is already rising though bearable with cool breeze perfect for exploring forts. P.S. You can checkout detailed itineraries on my page!!

Feb is a good time. You may even consider March but after that the weather will start to change and get hot.
