It is surely possible, if you are from delhi also, flight expenses will be around Rs.6000 and remaining Rs.9000 are enough to explore any place.

Off course yes. Find travel partner so everything will be shared and even the bills too. Upto 3 people will be best. Even i do the same when i have tight budget. And in ooty there are many small restaurants which offer great food and stay at lower rates. Also try to find is there any stay available at Zostel. Which are cheaper and best for travelers.

Hey Samir, Yes, it can be easily done if you are living in South India. Budget tips : 1) Stay at cheap places like zostels, hostels ( www.hostelworld.com ) and dharamshalas 2) Always take sharing vehicles that local uses in that area or take the lift 3) Don't eat at fancy restaurants. Try local cheap items 4) Don't do any unnecessary shopping 5) Always bargain for the rates Happy travelling!!!!!!

Yes, it is possible to plane a trip to ooty in 15k provided with good sightseeing place and more important is the weathering condition which shoots more travelers. Apart it will be also affordable to visit Orissa and stay in Bhubaneswar within a budget leaving in a good hotel like The HHI Bhubaneswar having all accomodation and nice transportation to enjoy all the local area.

Yes, but depends where are you coming from. If you are not counting the travelling cost like flight prices, then you can visit Ooty and Coonoor in 15k. Again depends on where you want to stay and for how many days.
