Yes you can travel to Russia (Moscow,St.Petersburg) within 70k per person for 4 nights/5 days.I planned the trip on my own and came back in Mid august which is the tourist season.If you would go somewhere in Oct/Nov/Dec then you can cover it for an even lower rate as it would be off season.I am currently in the process of publishing my Russia story here on Tripoto. UpvoteCommentWell you didnt mention the months initially.Yes,Feb would be too cold for Russia.However you can goto Paris,Venice and Prague.I did it in Jan 2017 for 95K per person including flights,sightseeing,4star hotels in Paris and Venice,5 star in Prague,local transport and taxes,visa.etc.
