There is not an issue in Jaipur regarding the kisan andolan. You can sort some important to visit places and yes one and a half days is enough. 1.Amer fort
2. Hawa mahal wont take much time
3. Nahargarh
4. Eat some good local food-pyaaz kachori with lehsun chutney.
