Corona is in 2nd stage in the country Right now. So the coming 3-4 weeks will be so crucial and all states might announce their shutdown soon.Although these statements are for 10 days there are high chances of continuing them in future. Don't get into trouble by having your dream trip right away.
Chill out and watch "Contagian" on Amazon prime for now.

I would say no. Air India has announced free cancellation to/from Port Blair. So, if you have any plans, postpone it.
