If you are going for trek in Nepal, March to May is best period. With an angle of exploring places, June is right month for Nepal as well as Bhutan

Suitable time to visit Nepal is in between October to December. I have been to Nepal in the month of May. April, may, first week of june is also okay. But I don't feel monsoon is the best time to visit Nepal. It is little risky.
Best places to visit Nepal- Pokhara, kathmandu, Manokamna, Pokhara sarangkot.
