Yes ! Although we were there girls during our trip to Khujaraho , I didn't find anything shady . Verify your bookings and avoid to travel in night ! I have uploaded my trip to Khujaraho here.

Absolutely safe, I'm from MP itself and Khajuraho is safe for female solo traveler.

It's safe..you can have a guide there..and this is best time to go there..you can also visit a national park which is near to khajurao.
