Hey Shatrughan, Yesss you can visit Rishikesh.. but it will be quite hot at this time ... All your group can go on a bungee jump in mohan chatti Village in rishikesh ... this is the highest bungee jump in india ... then you people go on water rafting in ganga river ... You can stay in rishikesh on river banks of ganges ... You can go on a two day trip to rudraprayag and karnaprayag and then to the last Village of india ... mana Village and come. back to rishikesh ... So 2 days of Adventure activites and 2 days of road trip ... Happy Travelling Bro!!!

Yea perfect time.i myself visited rishimesh in may and did all the adventure activities.and additionally they close done most of adventure stuff in mid june.

Sure. You can go Rishikesh in may, it'll be safe for water activities and after rishikesh, you can also go to Devprayag .
