Even if it's open for tourists , I would suggest you to carry the updated rtpcr reports , covid time is unpredictable and rules can change anytime..

Meghalaya is not yet opened for local tourists as well as others too.One has to register himself on einvite before entering this beautiful state. All have to go for rtpcr at entry point.Vaccinated people are exmted from testing at entry.Please wait for some more weeks to explore this place.

Traveling these time could be tricky, you never know what is the local protocol... So carrying Negative RTPCR and Vaccination certificate can be helpful.
