Hi Rachna! The level of safety depends on which hill station you are planning to travel to and the weather conditions of the place. However, in most mountains, if the roads are not blocked due to snow, it will be safe to travel. Happy and Safe Travels

It depends where you are planning to visit, as if u r visiting hill station in north so almost every place is covered with snow accept few, it's safe to visit but there will be bit problems like road blocking and due to excessive snowfall/rain may possible you can't explore the place much. But if you are planning to visit south then the weather there will be totally different from north. First decide where you wanna travel and then you can check the weather forecast of that place. Here where I'm right now ( Dehradun ) it's raining from past two days.
