Yes. There is a small trek and there are tea stalls and maggie stalls near the waterfall. You can sit with your legs in the water and have tea. it's a very good experience. there is a lot of unexplored hike above the waterfall.

Popularly called as Neer Gaddu located near Lakshman jhula, this falls is a cascade making it one must visit spot of Rishikesh. Though best time to visit is after the monsoons are over, where you can see abundant water flowing, this falls is much open all through the year.
