The weather would be extreme during that time, you won't get running water supply, The chances of roads getting closed due to snow would be very high. But yea you will get to see plenty of snow, if you love adventures then go ahead otherwise it is not the right time.

If harsh weather is not a problem then it is a good time.Please take heavy wollen clothes with you and travel by shimla route rather than Manali route.That is because the manali route may be closed due to snowfall

If you've been to places with high altitudes in the winter before then you'll enjoy Spiti in November. If not, then you might have a really tough time but then again if you truly are an adventure junkie than you'll have fun anyways.

Hi Safdar, The best time to visit Spiti are the summer months of June – September when the temperatures are lovely with no frozen roads. Winter in Spiti is a harsh affair with the temperatures dropping to as low as -30° Celsius. Also, the Manali – Kaza highway is closed in winters.

Winter arrive in Spiti in the end of October and starting of November. These are winter months in Spiti filled with extreme weather conditions, lack of basic necessities like electricity, several road blockages, water freezing in taps, and almost no hotels offering accommodation.
