Yes...cos the rainfall decreases & it's d last month for the temple timings

Yes it is the best time but you have to go there in the first week of October because this the last month.

In my opinion October is the best time to Visit Badrinath. The rain just stopped in October. And this is also not the peak session so you find less crowd.
