Quitting your job will not be a good idea until you grow your following and have a good brand status, so that you are confident that you can make enough money to survive after quitting the job.

Hi gauri, Quitting a job is a good idea or not may be we are not in a place to give you suggestion for that.
but since you have the passion for travelling its good to start slow. for initial stage keep your job and try to explore as much as you can and create a you tube channel or write blogs . Once you have set up a base and you think you are stable and have gathered a good audience then you can quit your job and do traveling as full time. Gauri, Quitting the job is always an option if you are confident about yourself. But you'd indeed need a source for the income coming your way. Else you are in trouble. Well there are options for assignments you can master to earn anywhere in the world. You should do it and get well trained up before you quit the current job. Cheers and good luck for your freedom..

If u r quitting means in your next career/passion, if u r getting atleast 70% of what u r getting now for 6months straight, then quitting is recommended
