Good question. I can think of 13 such countries where rupee is stronger :- 1. Sri Lanka 2. Indonesia 3. Vietnam 4. Combodia 5. Budapest 6. Iceland 7. Nepal 8. Japan 9. Paraguay 10. Mongolia 11. Costa Rica 12. Chile 13. South Korea Out of these 13 countries, visa on arrival facility is provided by Sri Lanka, Nepal and Cambodia.

You can visit Sri Lanka with 1 INR = 2.5 LKR, but you need visa/ETA before landing. Try Nepal

Indonesia has Visa on Arrival and Indian currency is stronger than that. Bhutan accepts indian rupee and currency is equivalent to indian rupee.Plus there is no visa requirement for indians. Sri Lanka is another option. Mauritius offers free visa on arrival however indian rupee is a little weaker in comparison to the local currecy.

For stronger Rupee value its Sri Lanka. For just a welcoming & departing stamp on your passport its Maldives but Rupee is weak there.
