Is there any system by which two person can redeem their separate tripoto credits for free travel without paying the extra amount?

It was on Twin-sharing basis but during that time it was not mentioned that you have to pay extra. If somebody had also redeemed his or her credits for the same trip then I had to share the room. But luckily nobody redemeed and Tripoto gave me the free trip without any charges.
