There isn’t but a little above Mussorie there is Dhanaulti which has beautiful snow covered mountains in the winters.

No not in mussoorie as of now. You can check shimla or manali for the same!!

No. While Mussoorie in itself receives scant snowfall with no certainty, you can go further up till Dhanaulti.

Not in mussorie but u will find some snow in Dhanaulti and Surakanda Mata Temple. Both the places are 40km from mussorie and in same route.

I went to celebrate new year in Mussorie. All I could witness was snow clad mountain peaks which were really very far.

There is very less chance of snow fall there. Instead go to dhanaulti to experience the snow.
