In manali you can get snow definitely. in manali there are some place like solang velly, atal tunnel, gulaba pass, etc you can find snow definitely 100 percent sure.

Yes you can experience snow in both of these places. If you're going to Manali do visit Sethan and Lahaul. Best go to spot to experience winter and in case of shimla Kufri.
