Almost all of the tourist places ( taj mahal in Agra, lucknow, greater noida, prayagraj, varanasi, dudhwa National park, Ayodhya, mathura etc) are open with proper sanitation and safety measures. kumbh mela(haridwar) after 12 years is also there till 30th April 2021 just few kms away from UP, a must visit.
