As per state guidelines, no requirement of covid-19 reports for people...so, travel freely, but responsibly...(there are many places which are miles away from nearby roads and hospitals...dont be the reason of spreading virus at such places where medical emergencies cant b addressed immediately....)
Mathematically, the less people around us in a vehicle, the probability of getting infection decreases....so wherever possible choose a private cab....
Although, you don't need a negative report for visiting the state but in case you don't have one, you will be made to undergo a Rapid Antigen Test at the border, the cost of which will be borne by you. If the test comes out as positive you will be quarantined for 14 days and if negative, you're free to go.
