No zoomcar or any other online cab service avilable there. u can get car or bike on rent by their local operators.

Drivezy and Zoomcar are available in all major cities, But i dont recommend it if you are a pro/fast driver coz the speedlimit for big SUVs is 120 and regular 5 seater cars is 80(overspeed fine is 500 per once) and i dont find it practical for long drives. Otherwise if u are ok with low speed then u can book before hand and get cheaper deals.

Yes ....it's frustrating to stick to 80 kmph on national highways.
Goa has a nexus of private cab operators, no uber, no ola no zoom car. sadly you can only hire from a local tour operator only

Nope, not at all. I know this is an old question, but there is no zoomcar available till this date (Nov 2021) in Goa. I was so frustrated by this fact and was checking it again and again and realized that this option is just non-existent in Goa. That sucks I know 😒. Goa Car Booking - https://goacarbooking.com/self-drive-car-rental-goa Just pick whoever is near your location (airport/hotel/railway station etc.) and has good price at the time of your travel. (Prices fluctuate a lot depending on the season). Also if you find one in Mumbai and planning to drive to Goa, be cautious as taxi unions in goa are not very friendly with all these cab booking startups such as uber, zoom car, drivezy etc. They hate to see them here actually as it takes away their bread and butter. Not in the best interest of travelers but that's how it is here in Goa.
