Hi Shreya! If your posts aren't approved, they won't appear on your profile. Usually all posts are approved or rejected within 24-48hours. I can see you've earned 900+ credits and you've made 21 posts so far, which means you've been awarded credits for all your posts. You can download the Tripoto app to know your credit history. Tripoto also sends an email with info on credits earned after each post is approved. Dont forget to check your spam folder.
